Live Web Cam Client

1. Note the selector for the video (as injected by Streamdays script)
2. The web cam script loads configuration data and injects the position selection dropdown into the page, after the Streamdays video.
3. When a user selects a position the camera will move, after a delay.
4. The dropdown will be reset - this allows the same position to be tried again, if for some reason it didn't move the camera.'
5. The last position selected by the user is displayed - some other user might select a different position.
6. A delay is added to prevent the camera being moved too often. This is a global timer and applies to all users.
