Test Weather Client

1. Add a wrapper element with some id (in this example <div id="weatherFrameWrapper" >)
2. Set the weatherFrameOptions in a script tag.
3. Include the script link to elhWeatherClient.js on the page.

2 & 3 can be bundled into a single js file.
